Hidden Alps is a small company specializing in good value, flexible skiing and activity breaks for people who love beautiful scenery, home-cooked food and the charm of staying in old alpine villages. They own and run two farmhouse chalets with a boutique hotel flavour in the Paradiski resort – La Ferme Blanche (2 bedrooms) and Mountain Maison (9 bedrooms). Both farmhouses welcome dogs and have enclosed gardens, as well as great skiing, walking, and cycling on the doorstep. Open all year round just 9 hours drive from Calais, guests can arrive any day and stay B&B, half board, catered or self-catered. Dogs will love the riverside walks close to Mountain Maison, and the forest trails surrounding La Ferme Blanche. Other activities nearby include skiing (5-10 mins to the ski lifts), snow shoe walking, white water rafting, cycling, swimming (outdoor swimming lake), and cross country skiing. Chalet La Giettaz consists of 10 self-contained apartments, with
private spa (jacuzzi/sauna) and bar, located in the beautiful alpine
village of
La Giettaz, France.
This idyllic Savoyard retreat,

drive from Calais, is a perfect base for both winter and summer
breaks. With hundreds of kilometres of mapped and graded walks, acres
of forests, fields, natural streams, pools and waterfalls all on our
doorstep - as well as a local
ski lift connecting to the 445km Evasion
Mont Blanc domain - La Giettaz offers the opportunity to participate
in invigorating alpine activities or to simply unwind in spectacular
surroundings.
We accept individual apartment bookings
(sleeping 1-10 people), or we
have space for groups of up to 67 people.
All of our guests receive a welcome hamper (including canine ones) on
arrival, and we also provide daily delivery of fresh pastries and
breads from the local boulangerie, towels, bathrobes and slippers for
use in the apartments and spa. |
